These Terms and Conditions govern all reservations and services provided by LAOC CAR SERVICE & SUV (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Reservations & Payments

• All reservations must be secured with a valid credit card.

• Full payment is due at the time of service, unless prior arrangements have been made.

• We accept all major credit cards and cash payments.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled pickup time will not incur a fee.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup will be charged the full fare.

• No-shows will be billed in full.

3. Service Rules & Client Responsibility

• The Client is fully responsible for the behavior and conduct of all passengers.

• Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all Company vehicles.

• Any excessive cleaning required, or damage caused to the vehicle, will result in additional charges.

4. Delays & Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, flight delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

• While we make every effort to ensure timely arrivals, on-time pickup and drop-off are not guaranteed.

• The Company’s liability, for any reason, is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

5. Safety & Conduct

• All passengers are required to wear seat belts in accordance with California law.

• The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who poses a threat to the driver, vehicle, or other passengers, or who violates these Terms and Conditions.

6. Airport Transfers

• For airport pickups, we provide a 30-minute grace period for domestic flights and a 60-minute grace period for international flights following the posted arrival time.

• Waiting time beyond these limits will result in additional hourly charges at the applicable rate.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
